The third day in Barcelona was dedicated to the 1st BLOOM Innovation and Exploitation Strategy Workshop.
The consortium reviewed the project’s innovation progress and Key Exploitable Results, discussed their maturity, dependencies and integration needs, and identified preliminary pathways for their future exploitation.
The workshop also focused on business cases, target users and value propositions, intellectual property considerations, possible exploitation models, routes to market, stakeholder engagement, and the assessment of technical, market and regulatory risks.
The session concluded with the prioritisation of exploitation pathways, allocation of responsibilities, and agreement on immediate actions and the next milestones.
Taurus Infinity continues its cooperation within BLOOM as a pilot site, contributing practical site-level experience and supporting the assessment of how the project’s solutions can be applied and validated under real operating conditions.
